Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actor. His career began with performances in television shows like Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. In 2005, after appearing in Not Another Teen Movie and Fantastic Four (and its sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer 2007) He was known as the Marvel Comics hero The Human Torch. Evans appeared in further films based on comics as well as graphic novels, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and Snowpiercer (2013). In a variety of Marvel Cinematic Universe film, including Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2017) and Captain America: Civil War (2017) as well as in the film ensembles like The Avengers Age of Ultron (2017) Avengers: Infinity War Avengers: Infinity War(2018) and Endgame (2009) and Endgame (2009). His performance as Steve Rogers/Captain American earned him more recognition. In the course of his Marvel film work, he was one the most highly-paid actors around the globe.
