Elizabeth Gillies, an American actor, singer and songwriter. Most famously, she is known for playing Lucy in musical 13, and Jade West, in Nickelodeon's Victorious. She began working in advertising. Her performance in Sofia Coppola's Somewhere brought her an Critics Choice Movie Awards nomination for the Best New Performer award in 2010. She was recognized by her performance as the main character in the science fiction action film Super 8, which won the Spotlight Award in the Hollywood film festival. She was the main character of the comedies We Bought a Zoo (2012) as well as Ginger & Rosa (2013). And in 2014 and 2019 she portrayed the Princess Aurora character in Maleficent.
